Before you start registration, please make sure you have read the Camp Information webpage.

Complete the Online Registration Form.

    Download and complete the Consent Form.

    Make your payment.

    Please complete the online registration form by clicking on the link below or pasting this link into your browser: https://forms.office.com/r/XMbw6HaDz6. You will receive a confirmation email of your registration upon completion, along with instructions for the next steps.


    ✔ Step #2

    Please download, sign, and complete the fillable form. Physical copies will be available at LGC if that is more convenient. 

    Please scan and send a PDF copy of the signed consent form to vbs@lgcmin.com (subject: VBS 2026 Consent Form - [Camper's First & Last Name])

    Make your payment using one of the following options:

    1. e-transfer to payments@lordsgrace.ca
    2. Mail a cheque to 2396 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6K 2A9
      (Payable: Lord's Grace Church; Attn: VBS; Memo: Child's name)
